TreasureSeek ("we", "our", or "us") is developed by Panyue. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our mobile game TreasureSeek (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

• Display name: An optional username you set within the App for the leaderboard.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Anonymous user ID: We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication to assign a unique identifier to your session. This does not require an email address or personal information.
• Game progress data: Level completion, star ratings, coins, and hints are stored locally on your device and, for leaderboard purposes, on Firebase Firestore.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the App's features and gameplay experience.
• To display your score on the global leaderboard.
• To track game progress locally on your device.

3. Data Storage

• Local storage: Game progress, coins, hints, and settings are stored locally on your device using a SQLite database. This data is not transmitted to our servers except for leaderboard scores.
• Firebase Firestore: Your anonymous user ID, display name, total stars, and levels completed are stored on Firebase Firestore servers to power the global leaderboard.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party service that may collect information:

• Firebase (Google) — anonymous authentication and cloud database.

TreasureSeek does not display advertisements and does not use Google AdMob or any other advertising service.

5. Children's Privacy

TreasureSeek is a logic puzzle game suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

6. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your leaderboard data (anonymous user ID, display name, scores) at any time by contacting us using the details below. Local game progress can be cleared by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App from your device.
